Hello, my lovely friends. Today I will make a classic dessert menu, "Thai Tea Custard". This Thai dessert is loved by everyone because of its rich coconut milk flavor, combined with the aroma of Thai tea and the sweet and smooth taste that makes for a perfect combination. Plus, it's easy to make at home. With just a few ingredients, you can create happiness for those around you.

Ingredients and Ingredients

• Fresh coconut milk 1/2 kg Price (now very high, 90 baht per kg in the market)
• Duck eggs 12 (separate the yolks)
• Sugar 1 cup
• Cornstarch 3 tablespoons
• Strong Thai tea 1/2 cup
• Salt 1/4 teaspoon
• Sweetened condensed milk as desired
• Fresh milk 1 cup
• Unsalted butter 1 tablespoon

Equipment

Frying pan / pot / Blender / Strainer /
Measuring cup / Spoon / Spatula

How to make

Prepare Thai tea, strong. I use a coffee maker to make strong Thai tea.
To mix, I use a blender. Take the egg yolk, separate the egg white, put it in the blender one at a time until it's all gone. Then add sugar, followed by coconut milk, salt, corn, and Thai tea.

When all ingredients are added, close the lid of the blender and blend until blended. Cover the mixture with a white cloth again to make the custard smooth and fine.

Turn on the stove. I use an electric stove to make Thai tea custard. Place a container on the stove and add water. When the water boils, put the filtered mixture on a low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and boils, then add unsalted butter and stir until well blended. When the custard has thickened, remove from heat and let it cool. It's done.

Scoop the custard into a cup and serve with pound cake or crispy toast. Thai tea custard is an easy-to-make, delicious and healthy dessert that is perfect for a snack or with pound cake. Try making this recipe. I guarantee that it will be delicious and satisfying.
