Grow your own vegetable garden

Hello lovely friends, today is another holiday and I'm spending it in my beloved garden where I grow a variety of vegetables for my own consumption. For safety reasons, I decided to grow my own vegetables such as Chinese kale, acacia leaves, water morning glory, lotus leaves, eggplants, pineapples, mustard greens, long beans, winged beans, bottle gourds, sweet potatoes, purple eggplants, bell peppers , ginger, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, lemons, galangal, turmeric, bananas and many more. Gardening or farming can be challenging but it's also fun, especially for a woman like me.
Everything starts with liking it and finding a way to cultivate it. I am very happy that I have done this. It has been 3 years now, but I haven't thought of stopping planting trees or these vegetables. I count on spending my free time with planting, whether it's vegetables or trees. I believe everything starts with us taking action. So, I would like to invite all my friends to come and see my kitchen garden where I have collected fresh vegetables. Not only are they fresh, but also 100% organic.
It started with collecting eggplants to use in a chicken coconut cream curry. Oops, I forgot to tell you that I have a little helper who collects vegetables in the kitchen garden. My daughter loves coming to this garden! I collected several types of vegetables which I used to make various dishes, and also as side dishes to eat with rice. But before they could be harvested as kitchen garden vegetables, they had to be taken care of. I emphasized on watering and using natural fertilizers, which helped the plants grow well. All the vegetables here are delicious and easy to grow, and can be harvested all year round.
I made use of my free time by having fresh and pesticide-free vegetables to cook with. Today, I harvested just enough vegetables to cook with rice for a meal. Come on over and have a meal with me and my friends in the garden!
Thank you for always following and supporting.
