It's Kaeng Om. dark green vegetable and broth There is a little bit of meat. When I tried it, I tasted the taste. It was very delicious. It was mellow and fragrant. back home They said that it was delicious. My sister and mother told me that it actually added fermented fish sauce. If it's Kaeng Om, that's it. After all, I like to order this menu every time I go to a restaurant. So today, I went to the garden to collect bamboo shoots, sweet vegetables and mushrooms.

Isan food menu, delicious taste

1 tbsp fish sauce
3 tablespoons fermented fish sauce
4 cups of water
chili pepper as desired

method
Slice the lemongrass and put it in a mortar. Followed by shallots, red peppers, coriander roots, then pounded thoroughly before resting for roasting.
Place the pot on the gas stove over medium-low heat, then add the boiled bamboo shoots. followed by pounded curry paste Bring to roast until fragrant, add fermented fish and water and stir well. When the water starts to boil, add the eggplant slices, followed by oyster mushrooms and sweet vegetables. When everything is almost cooked, season with flavor. A little salt, fish sauce, shellfish sauce, followed by roasted rice mixed with fermented fish sauce and close the lid, wait for it to boil again. Add sliced green onion and dill, wait until the vegetables are cooked, then taste as you like. Turn off the fire from the stove.
To serve, scoop the curry into a bowl. Served with steamed rice, oh so delicious.
