Curry au lait de coco avec côtes de porc et ingrédients du jardin👩‍🍳

Hello, my lovely friends. In this post, I have a menu for you all to enjoy. Today, I had a hard time deciding because I had a lot of ingredients to stock up on, including pork, pork bones, chicken, and sea fish. I also wanted to make a new menu for you all to enjoy. It was quite difficult to decide. This mission required me to study my husband and daughter. The conclusion was a menu of pork bone curry with an ingredient from the garden, which is Ton Bon or in the South, Ton Tang Chon.

And this picture is a tree. In Surat Thani, this is the local name for the plant. In Trang Province, it is called raw reeds. In other provinces, it is called "Tang Khun". I planted it in my garden in an area where water flows through. This plant likes water.

After cutting the stem, peel off the skin. Prepare clean water with a little salt. Add the sprouts as described and cut into bite-sized pieces. Soak in salt water.

Ingredients and Ingredients

▪︎ 300 grams of pork ribs

▪︎ 250 ml of coconut milk

▪︎ 2 tablespoons of coconut curry paste

▪︎ 1 1/2 teaspoons of shrimp paste

▪︎ 5-6 kaffir lime leaves

Seasoning

▪︎ Vegetable oil 3 tbsp

▪︎ Salt 1 tsp

▪︎ Sugar 1/2 tsp

▪︎ Fish sauce 1 tbsp

▪︎ Ground black pepper 1 tsp

▪︎ Water 1/2 cup

Wash the pork ribs with clean water, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Prepare and put them on a rack. Prepare the root zone, wash with clean water 1-2 times, then knead to drain the water and put them on a rack. Prepare the seasonings according to the recipe. If you are ready, let's do it.

How to make

Place the container on the electric stove, then turn on the heat to medium, add vegetable oil, curry paste and shrimp paste, stir-fry until fragrant and well mixed, then add water, stir-fry the curry paste until boiling again, add the ribs and stir-fry until the ribs start to cook.

Add coconut milk and mix with a spatula until well blended.
The next step is to add finely ground black pepper to enhance the aroma and spiciness. Simmer until it boils and starts to smell good.

Then taste it as desired. When you get the desired taste, turn off the stove and it's done. This menu has a spicy taste and the fragrant smell of chili is very delicious.

Scoop into a bowl and serve. This menu is delicious with hot rice and another fried egg. If you like this menu, try following this recipe. Today, the cook must take his leave. See you again next time. Thank you for watching and following the program. Support Bye-bye.❤️👩‍🍳🙏
